I’m painting my roof with kool seal, I have been told that I don’t need to prime I have Spanish tiles, also I have been told that power washing a roof damages and I saw that you power washed a roof in one of your videos

What psi do you clean at?
On this job or any other steel roof before painting as preparation 2800 psi, if I'm washing painted roof soft wash is the best way to go.
Love your channel! Such good work! What pressure in psi or kpa do you need wash a colourbond roof?
For colourbound roof, the best is soft wash with low pressure 1500 pis using chemicals.
May I ask what is the final color? and is it slippery? Thanks
The colour is bluestone Avista concrete sealer from Dulax. And it's not slippery if you put aggregate in it.

@@samcopaintinganddecorating so you charge $4 a sq feet to paint driveway?
You don’t do many roofs do you. For starters that roof is not clean enough. Second, if you use a bit of water on your trowel when levelling off the pointing it will be so much smoother. Third, do you know the thickness that roof membrane needs to be applied at so it will preform the way it was designed? Because you are not applying any where near enough paint. A roof that size you should be using between 13 and 15 cans of paint. Forth, Roof Membrane in order to weather the way it was designed needs to be applied evenly over the entire roof, give it 1.5 years and that roof will look terribly patchy with dull and flat spots all over it. But other than that I think it turned out better than most of the cowboys in the industry.
Hi, this roof was done 4 years ago.It is still looking great and it will do so for the next 6 years minimum as part of the 10 years warranty. In the meantime they have been many many roof since then! I do appreciate you watching my video and I hope it will benefit you too. Subscribe,share and like!

I just bought a house two weeks ago and the patio that’s in the back has a stamped concrete patio. The color is a salmon color look which I hate can you give me the step-by-step on how to change the color and give it that wet look I wanted to change the color like a dark gray color.

Because of flake paint and it is not newly rendered wall .
